These Terms are an agreement between you and us, ConnecThai. By using this website, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. In these Terms, 'we', 'us', and 'our' mean ConnecThai.

We are a market-entry, operational, and compliance concierge for foreigners in Thailand, based in Bangkok, where ConnecThai is the trading name of ConnecThai. We act as your single point of contact and introduce vetted specialists where regulated expertise is required.

We coordinate, guide, and support. So there is no confusion, we do not:

• Guarantee visa, work permit, or licence approvals
• Guarantee government decisions or investment returns
• Provide legal representation, accounting, or tax advice
• Provide regulated financial advice
• Hold client funds or act as nominee shareholders
• Take part in unlawful or non-compliant activities

Everything on this website is general information about what we do. It is not legal, tax, financial, immigration, or other professional advice, and you should not act on it as if it were. Where regulated advice is needed, we will introduce a suitably qualified professional.

Sending us an enquiry, booking a discovery call, or speaking with us does not create a contract and does not commit either of us to go further. If we work together, the engagement is governed by a separate written service agreement that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. That agreement, not this website, defines what we deliver.

We scope every engagement individually. Your proposal and service agreement set out our professional fee, the deposit required to begin, and the milestones for the balance. We accept Thai QR payment, bank transfer, and cash. Third-party costs, such as government, licensing, and legal fees, are separate unless we state otherwise, and a success fee may apply to certain outcomes.

You agree to give us accurate and complete information, to act lawfully, and to make your own decisions about your plans in Thailand. We rely on what you tell us, and we are not responsible for outcomes that result from information that is incomplete or incorrect.

The content, design, wording, and branding of this website belong to us and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, introduce harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with how it works for others.

We may introduce you to, or link you to, third-party specialists and resources. They operate under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their services, content, or conduct.

We aim to keep the website available, but we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We provide this website on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on the website's content. Where we are found liable in connection with an engagement, our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Thai law, such as for fraud.

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any dispute relating to them or to your use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still do so later. These Terms, together with any service agreement we sign with you, form the whole agreement between us about the website and our services.
